You look at the headline and think to yourself, is it actually true? Is there any good restaurants in the UK let alone GLASGOW?! You would be surprised. Glasgow has transformed itself into a city filled with amazing cuisine from all the world. American, Chinese, Indian, Italian and Scottish restaurants have popped up all over the place.
What do you fancy, a burger, some lemon chicken or a curry? In Glasgow you’re spoiled for choice. From the South Side to the West End, there are endless choices. For great value and amazing tastes I would choose BRGR which is situated on Great Western Rd and Fenwick Rd in Giffnock. Amazing burgers at amazing prices. Want to be boring and go for the simple ‘classic burger’ then feel free. Be on the more adventurous side and go for the ‘highland coo’ which is a real Scottish burger. Its contents include; lettuce, caramelised onion, ‘brgr’ sauce and of course haggis. Sides on offer of course include chicken wings, falafel and if you’re not into beef, various chicken burgers too.
One of the best Indian restaurants in the city is of course Cafe India which was easy to reach as it was right next to my hotel when I was staying in the city. Offering a range of classic Indian cuisine it’s definitely worth a visit.
In Glasgow, there’s much than the nightlife and culture, step inside the restaurants of the city and you might never want to leave.
